The auction uses a Round Robin, Multi-Round Single Tract Format. All 9 tracts will be offered individually.
Bidding occurs in rounds; no tract is declared sold until all rounds are complete.
After the first round, bidding reopens for any tract to increase bids.
Properties will be sold individually; no combination or group bidding is allowed.
